BARLA Great Britain Squad Named

Story in brief:

Castleford Lock Lane half back, Danny Rouse has been named in the 28-man BARLA Great Britain squad.

The provisional squad will begin training on Saturday December 29 at Featherstone Lions ARLFC, in preparation for next year's tour to Australia.

The tour commences in September and will include a trip to the NRL Grand Final. Changes may be made to the squad ahead of departure as the coaching team of Paul Crarey and Tony Spence assess all eligible players.

The team opens its campaign with a clash against Championship outfit Barrow Raiders on January 13 2013.
