Under the Distance Selling regulations, which came
into force on 31st October 2000, you have certain rights as a
Tigers customer ordering over the Internet. These rights only
apply to UK customers.
1) You have the right to cancel your sale contract within 7
working days (i.e:- Mon-Fri except bank holidays) of receiving
your order.
This right does not apply to Videos, CDs and Computer Games if
the license seals have been broken. It also does not apply to
Replica Kits or Tigerwear that has been personalised for you (e.g:-
your name on the back of a Tigers shirt).
If you wish to cancel your sale contract and return the items
you bought then you must first let us know in one of the following
ways :-
- In writing to - Online Store Returns, Castleford Tigers, The
Jungle, Wheldon Road, Castleford, West Yorkshire, WF10 2SD.
- By Fax on 01977 518700
- By email to info@castigers.com
It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the items
you wish to return, before and during their return. If you post
the items back to us they must be well packaged, arrive in a good
condition and you must pay the delivery costs.
If you do not want to post the items back to us then we bill
you for the charges we incur in arranging for the items to be
collected.
You will be refunded the price you paid for the items, and
their original delivery cost, within 30 days of us receiving your
request to cancel the order.
2) Your online order will be fulfilled within 30 days of you
placing it.
If, after 30 days, we are unable to fulfill your order we will
do the following :-
- Inform you that your order cannot be fulfilled
- Offer you either a full refund of the cost of the goods and the
original delivery charge or a suitable alternative item of
equivalent quality and price

Prices are subject to change without notice.
If the items you
ordered are in stock, your credit card will be charged on receipt
of your order.
Details of the items you ordered (including
description, price and delivery charge) are displayed in your
virtual basket and on your final printable invoice.
