To help maintain a high quality, family friendly experience at The Wish Communications Stadium, the Club have provided supporters with a Matchday Response Team.
They are specially trained to deal with all scenarios and can be called upon by our regular stewards to deal with crowd misbehaviour.
Fans who witness or experience any problems with regard to safety and anti-social behaviour, in breach of the Respect values, will now have direct access to the matchday control room via the Tigers new crowd texting service.
Simply text 07907 907 829 and point out the location of the incident in the stadium. A member of the Matchday Response Team will be dispatched to the area immediately.
