Biography

An England Schools international representative, Richie originally signed from the Featherstone Lions club, and played just one season for the Tigers Junior Academy before making his mark in the senior squad.

2010 was not such a good year for Richie after suffering a badly broken leg but recovered well the following year to scoop the ‘Sponsors Young Player of the Year'.

2012 saw Richie play in a number of positions along the back line but he will be hoping to cement his place as the first-choice fullback for the upcoming campaign.

2013 will be Richie's seventh season in the first team, having made a try-scoring debut as a 16-year-old against Doncaster in the Northern Rail Cup in 2007.
