Rugby allows me to channel my frustration and that's what I love about it.

My favourite rugby player has to be Adam Milner- he's a class player and I would also be looking to learn from Paul McShane from the tigers.

I bring aggression and passion when I play.

When playing with Wakefield at half-time I chipped a kick over the top and our number 7 caught it and scored- that was my best moment on the pitch.
